Method of Payment
- Credit Card
- Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Diners and JCB are accepted. Be certain to fill in the payment information on the Registration Form if you use the credit cards.
- Bank Transfer
- Payment can be made by bank transfer from Japan only.
Handling fees for all remittance must be paid by remitter.
Personal Check and Bank Draft will be refused.
Confirmation
As soon as we receive your application, we will send you an application notice by e-mail bearing your registration number. Registration will not be completed without payment of the registration fee. After your payment is received, we will e-mail you a confirmation within a month, and informing you of the completed registration and hotel reservation with the name of your hotel and another information which applies.
Visa
If you need original supporting documents for your visa application, please contact the IASGO 2011 Registration & Hotel Accommodation Desk by e-mail at iasgo2011-gbm@or.knt.co.jp. Please note that we will prepare them only to those who have already completed registration with required payment. When you reach the secretariat office, please make sure to write your Registration Number in your e-mail.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation must be made in writing prefarably by e-mail to the IASGO 2011 Registration & Hotel Accommodation Desk indicating the delegate's name and the Registration ID. Refund due to cancellation will be based on the date of a cancellation notice received.
